"Peace has a chance, the cease-fire was the best thing that the government could have done, but it has to come from all sides and across the border as well," says Mrs. Khem Lata Wakhlu, who along with her husband, Prof. Omkar Nath Wakhlu were held in captivity by the Kashmiri militants for 45 days.
